Yes. An exam score is still a requirement for admission to MBA /EMBA. However, due to COVID-19, testing centers have been closed but an online alternative was made available. You may schedule your online exam and submit to us the official score to complete your application. You may visit the Online GMAT page for more information.

USD 100 credit on the Online GMAT fee towards tuition fee will be given to applicants. Here are the guidelines:

  • We will only offer a credit of US$100, not the full Online GMAT fee of $200. No money reimbursement will be made. It will be directly deducted from the assessment of fees.
  • The credit will only be available if test is taken between April 20 and June 15.
When can I schedule my AIM Admission Test (AIMAT)?

Due to the enhanced community quarantine in the Philippines, our testing centers have been closed. We will be able to schedule AIMAT exams once the quarantine is lifted and campus operations are normalized.

I am already admitted to the MBA/EMBA program, but my university is currently closed, and I cannot request for the original transcripts. What should I do?

The original Transcript of Records is part of the enrollment requirements. Since the enrollment for MBA and EMBA have been extended to July and September respectively, you may work on this requirement as soon as you are able to request from your university.

How will the admissions interview be done?

Starting 17 March 2020, all our admissions interviews are being conducted online. Once initial requirements have been submitted and evaluated, we will send an invitation for a Skype interview.

Will I be able to get a deferral in case I am not able to leave my country due to travel ban?

Yes. AIM has one-year deferment policy. Your MBA / EMBA applications are valid for two (2) academic years, including the year when you applied.

Is AIM still open for walk-in inquiries and campus tour visits?

Due to the enhanced community quarantine in the Philippines, campus visits are not possible at the moment. We will let you know once we are able to receive visitors again on our campus.
